Subscriptions
Whats the first rule of Tackle Club
The first rule of Tackle Club is: You tell everyone about Tackle Club.

How do I Purchase a Tackle Club Subscription?
To purchase a subscription, click HERE, then choose your preferred Tackle Club Box, No lock in contract and you can cancel at anytime.

If you’re purchasing a subscription for another recipient, you can order a Gift Subscription HERE.

How Do the Subscriptions Work?
Each month you will get a variety of quality fishing products from both large and small manufacturers.

You simply choose your preferred box . The deadline for getting orders in is the last day of the month. All subscriptions are posted on or around the 5th of every month and re-billing occur on the 15th of every month.

Example 1 – you subscribe on the 16th of May. You credit card is charged for the first box. That first box is sent on or around the 5th of June. You will receive your order in 2-5 days depending on your location. Your credit card will then be charged on the 15th of June for the box to be sent out in the first week of July.

Example 2 – you subscribe on the 23rd of January, your credit card is charged on that day with the first box being sent on or before the 5th February. You will receive your order in 2-5 days depending on your location. Your next credit card charge is on the 15th February for the box to be sent out in the first week of March

Example 3 – you subscribe on the 4th of June, your credit card is charged on that day with the first box being sent on or before the 5th July. You will receive your order in 2-5 days depending on your location. Your next credit card charge is on the 15th July for the box to be sent out in the first week of August. Note- you will not be charged twice within a month.

Discount Codes
Any discount codes that you receive for a monthly subscription, only apply to the first box of that subscription and will not be applied to renewals when they are processed each month. 

What will I get in my Tackle Club box each month?
Each month you will get a variety of quality fishing products from both large and small manufacturers.

Our subscription plans introduce beginner and expert anglers alike to new fishing lures and tackle, and the best way to use them.

Tackle Club currently offers five boxes,a Cod Box,  an Estuary Box, a Barra & Jacks Box, Freshwater Bass & Yellow Belly Box & a Freshwater Trout & Redfin Box.

The products will be from brand names from around the world and during the course of a year’s subscription would include hard body lures, soft plastics, jig heads, leaders, scents & terminal tackle.

Each box comes with 5 -7 fishing products (Inshore, Barra & Jacks Box and Cod Box is 2-5 products) curated by fishing product experts and contains 50% (Barra & Jacks Box and Cod box is 40% more value) more value than you pay, so you know you are getting a great deal. Join the Club today!

How Do Gift Subscriptions Work?
The gift that keeps on giving. Tackle Club gift subscriptions are perfect for that special fisho in your life.

You can purchase a 3, 6, or 12 month gift subscription. All you have to do is select the type of box and duration of the subscription. The first box will ship within 1-2 days and the followings boxes will ship out before the 5th of every month until the gift subscription period has expired.

Example 1. You purchase a 3 month gift subscription on 22nd November. The first box will ship on the 23-24 November. It will take 3-5 days to arrive depending on location. The second box will be sent off on or around the 5th December and arrive 3-5 days later. The third and final box of the subscription will ship on the 5th January and arrive 3-5 days later.


Example 2. You purchase a 3 month gift subscription on 13th January. The first box will ship on the 14-15 Janaury. It will take 3-5 days to arrive depending on location. The second box will be sent off on or around the 5th February and arrive 3-5 days later. The third and final box of the subscription will ship on the 5th March and arrive 3-5 days later.


You can also send a One Off box as a gift and that box will ship within 2-3 business days. To order a one off box as a gift, please click here.

Can I Try Just One Box?
You sure can. When you are not sure about subscribing but still want to see what’s in a box - these One off boxes are the perfect way to see what box is right for you. If you subscribe and cancel within 30 days, a cancellation fee of $10 applies, this bring the price up to equal the price of a one off box. There is no cancellation fee after 2 boxes are received.

Does every Tackle Club member get the same box each month?
For the most part yes. We aim to send identical boxes out for every type of Tackle Club box that we do.

Colours may vary but the product will be the same except in the following cases:

  1. The first box of gift subscriptions may differ due to stock availability and timing of your order
  2. One off boxes may differ due to stock availability
  3. Stock levels of some products may not be sufficient to meet demand or where any unforeseen changes in our supply chain may necessitate changing some products of equal or greater value to ensure the timely delivery of subscriptions 

Can I choose the products that come in my box?
No, that’s the beauty of Tackle Club. All you need to do is select your preferred box and we’ll pick the products. Once you begin your subscription, we'll pack your box with an assortment of high quality and effective tackle hand selected by our team.

Can I swap boxes during my subscription?
Yes you can. The image below shows how you can change between subscription boxes. Log in to your account here

There will be a lag time on changing that you need to be aware of.

Renewals are charged on the 15th of each month and orders are automatically generated as the payments are processed. So if you wish to change a box to another type, and get it the following month, then it needs to be done before the 15th of each month. Any changes after the 15th will apply to the next subscription renewal process .

For example, if you change your subscription from Bass to Estuary at any time between the 16th March to the 14th April, then the Box you receive in May will be the Estuary box. If you change it on the 16th of April after renewals (and orders)  have been generated then your May box will still be a Bass box and the June Box will be the Estuary box.


Why Should I Subscribe?
There are many reasons to try Tackle Club and here are just a few:
1. Tackle Club will expose you to new quality lures that you may not have found on your own AND it will teach you the best way to use them. This will help you catch more fish.
2. It's a fun and exciting way to keep up with the sport of fishing. Our subscribers can't wait to get their box every month and see what's inside and learn about the latest trends in fishing.
3. You will save money. The value of our boxes is at least 50% more (Barra & Jacks Box and Cod box is 40% more value) than what you pay for the subscription. Plus they all ship for free saving you more money.
4. It's no-risk and you can cancel any time if you are not happy with the service.

PAYMENTS
What Payment Methods do you Accept
For regular subscriptions
We accept VISA, Mastercard credit cards, or debit cards as payment for auto renewing subscription orders. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept checks, money orders, gift cards, or PayPal, or link routing numbers to your account.

For Gift subscriptions and one off boxes and other products from our store,
we accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards, Paypal, and direct deposits. Other methods are coming soon.


Shipping

How is my Box sent
All boxes are carefully packed, sealed in shrink wrap and delivered via Australia Post. Full tracking is provided and sent via email to all subscribers once they have been shipped off.

Can I Track my Tackle Club Box?
Yes! You’ll receive your tracking information by the 8th each month via email. You can also find a link to your tracking number in your account under the order.

When will my box be sent?
We aim to send off all subscription orders on or around the 5th of every month

How much is shipping for my Tackle Club Subscription?
Shipping is flat rate $6.99 within Australia for both regular and gift subscriptions.  For orders over $100, Regular Post shipping is free.

International orders to New Zealand will be charged a $19.95 shipping fee per box.

How do I get my box if it has been delivered to the old/incorrectly provided address?
You may contact us at Info @ tackleclub.com.au to arrange for the re-delivery of your box to the correct address. Please take note that if the reason that you did not receive your parcel is because of addresses that have been entered incorrectly, addresses that are not updated before we collect our shipment list, or if you fail to pick up your box from your local post office following attempted delivery, there will be a $12.95 re-postage fee.

Where can I have my Box Shipped
We currently ship subscriptions within Australia and internationally only to New Zealand.

My Tracking Hasn't Updated..What Happens Now?
It is completely normal for it to take 24-48 hours for your box to scan in after leaving our warehouse.

Your tracking may not update in real time as the box travels to you. It’s completely normal to see up to 5 business days between scans — if it’s been longer, let us know so we can check on it!

Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery within Australia and up to 14 business days to New Zealand.

An Item in my Box is Damaged/Missing
So sorry about that! Please shoot us an email with the details and we'll be happy to help.

Kindly include the Tackle Club order number, the brand name of the missing or damaged item, item description, and a picture of any damage.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
Month-to-Month Subscriptions
Monthly auto renewing subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by shooting us an email. We will take care of the cancellation immediately. If a card fails to process during a month, it will then be pushed to renewals for the following month until cancelled by the subscriber. 

If you’ve already been billed for the next box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.

You will receive an email reminder that your subscription will automatically renew each month prior to the renewal.

Once your subscription renews, all sales are final and any cancellation requests will take effect in the next billing cycle.

If you subscribe and cancel within 30 days, a cancellation fee of $10 applies, this bring the price up to equal the price of a one off box. There is no cancellation fee after 2 boxes are received. 

Gift Subscriptions
Gift subscriptions cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. You must purchase a gift specific subscription in order to avoid the auto renewal.
All sales are final and we do not accept returns on any boxes that have shipped.
